I personally think this is an extremely nice design , with adequate parking also .
Good layout, not your average box that is common .

I think this is exactly what this part of the coast needs, some of the older buildings and houses need an update. This is a fresh new design that's really appealing and going to boost the entire area.

I think it’s an outstanding asset to the Gold Coast and especially in SouthPort, It’s a beautiful suburb to live in and to raise the calibre of residential properties is a great way forward to making the Gold Coast the home of the best Australian lifestyle.
