I am perplexed as to why there would consideration for 23 townhouses on a block that has large portion unuseable. I am also concerned that, at a minimum, an extra 23 vehicles, but if you average 2 vehicles per unit, that's an extra 46 vehicles, yet looking at the plan there is only allocation for 1 car per unit and minimal "visitor' car parking so this would then create cars parking on the road, blocking vision from vehicles exiting existing homes as there is already a dangerous blindspot where Creek Street veers over a rise heading towards Gledson St. This blindspot has seen several "near misses" and several "actual" accidents, resulting in vehicles colliding into fences and property across from this proposed site. This plan will also see up to 6 of the proposed units backing onto side fence line of 5 Creek Street (being my property). If there must be a unit development, why can it not be that this particular area on the fence line be dedicated to car parking for unit owners overflow and / or also visitor car parking.
