- Closing the footpath during construction hours to undertake our new project at Club Liverpool We will be closing the footpath for the demolition works to take place at the first level with Scissor Lifts. Then the Structural Steel for the new awning will be installed. Following the above works then external scaffold can be installed to the face of the building full height. Once the above works are completed then the footpath can open up to have the minimum with of 1500mm clearance required by council.
