Apart from the scope of this development, my main concern is that this area is likely to become "land locked", particularly when considering the size of the development of the the Cokeworks property just down the road.
We are already experiencing a significant increase in traffic volumes on Railway Street without this type of development adding to the problem. One only has to look on any of the map or satellite images available to see what I am saying.
Surely there has to be some level of common sense displayed by those charged with making decisions regarding these developments.
