S72 Amendment to approved Planning Permit and/or Plans - • The following measures were done to reduce the Site Coverage below 60% as required by the Council’s Building Department, we are now at 59.89%. We applied for a report and consent application of the original site coverage of 62.74% which was not supported: • North lounge wall has been brought in by 400mm. • South wall has been brought in by 210mm. €¢ North first-floor wall has been brought in by 430mm. • The underground water tank (IN Garage) has been replaced with an above-ground Kingspan water tank (Dimensions: H:2020mm, W:650mm, L:2900mm), leaving approximately 330mm between the tank and the boundary fence. • The automatic front fence has been removed. • The extent of paving on the south side of the building has increased. • The fence has been extended to wrap around the side of the driveway. We have supplied a set of drawings with all amendments highlighted.
