Section 4.55(1A) Modification to an Approved Community Centre. The proposal is for a modification to the approved community centre at Anthony Skarratt Reserve. The applicant seeks to amend Condition 29 and proposes the following amended wording: 29. Protection of Adjoining Property Protection measures shall be implemented to mitigate any risk of impact on structures within No.4 Nelson Road. Protection measures are to be generally in accordance with the Vibration Management Strategy prepared by TRN Group. This Application is exhibited in accordance with the requirements of the Hills Shire Council Conflict of Interest – Council Related Development Policy (25/2021-2024 – Ordinary Meeting of Council 21/3/2023) and Schedule 1 Clause 9B of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.
