- Permit PDPL/01389/2021 allows for the construction of an 18-storey (17 level) Residential Hotel comprising hotel rooms, dwellings, a shop (wellness spa) and retail premises (food and drink premises) over four (4) basement levels; a reduction in the number of car parking spaces required for a shop and retail premises; the use of the land for accommodation with a ground floor frontage exceeding 2 metres in width; and the use of the land to sell or consume liquor for the sale and consumption of liquor on and off premises. Section 72 application PDPL/01389/2021/A seeks to amend the permit and plans to allow for the: • Provision of a loading bay for a Small Rigid Vehicle at ground level, adjacent the internal accessway. • Deletion of Permit Condition 1(f) that requires the redesign of the accessway to basement level B2 and loading bay to accommodate a Small Rigid Vehicle with a minimum height of 3.5 metres.
