Due to Land Registry requirements this needs to be completed in a 2 step process (Accordingly this permit application is to permit 2 certification applications which will be submitted separately). The purpose of this application is therefore to: 1. Convert that part of Common Property No.3 being the wall defining the boundary between Lots 113A and 114 (at Level 11 only), to create Lot ZZ (to be consolidated, see below). 2. Transfer part of Lot 114 to Lot 94A and to transfer part of Lot 94A to Lot 114 to create new Lot 94B, and to consolidate Lots 113A, 114 & ZZ to create new Lot 113B.
