Hi,
I would like to know what type of dwellings will be build. Anything other than houses will be a detriment to the street. As you are aware there is now a child care centre on the corner which does not belong in the street when you consider all other dwellings are houses. The traffic chaos will be evident and unsafe when the child care centre will open. Who ever approved it, was ridiculous to think this will work in such a small and narrow street! It’s also annoying to think prior to this child care Centre council approved the planning of 17 flat unit style dwellings to which they altered to a child care centre!
