- Existing permit allows: Construction of more than two dwellings and demolition and buildings and works in a Heritage Overlay Proposed amendments: Delete Condition 1(x). Amend Condition 23 to read as follows. Before the development starts, or within 6 months of commencing demolition of the land, a Public Open Space Management Plan to the satisfaction of the Responsible Authority must be submitted to and approved by the Responsible Authority. When approved the plan will be endorsed and will then form part of the permit. The plan must be prepared by a suitably qualified landscape/urban design/heritage professional and must be drawn to scale and dimensioned.
