S72 Amendment to approved Planning Permit and/or Plans - The amendments largely relate to a reduced scale of built form – particularly at the northern interface. There are no amendments required to any conditions of the permit nor additional planning triggers associated with the proposed amendments. Specifically, the proposed amendments to the Decision Plans include: - Reduction in height of northern party wall from a maximum height of 8.6 metres to a maximum height of 3.89 metres. - Removal of the approved boundary wall extension at the north of the subject site. - Window reconfigurations across the south and west facade including: - The addition of new first floor windows on the subject site’s western façade, replacing the timber windows and glass brickwork detailed within the decision plans. - Reconfiguration of windows and skylights on the building’s southern façade. - Reduction in size of the Winter Garden skylight. - Replacement of rainwater tank with a 2 sq m raingarden (same location) to meet WSUD requirements. - Alterations to the BBQ area at the southern interface
