Another 64 apartments and not a mention about how many more parking spaces??? Seriously, how do you expect the street and area to cope? The street is already gridlocked with parking before this development has even begun

Can you please explain how this will become affordable housing by adding on five additional floors. The price for a unit level 16 was 820k on east tower, if they build anther 5 levels the price will only go up. How does this become affordable housing. I agree with Maree Smetanin what about parking. The developers are already selling 1 and 2 beedroom apartments without parking spots, where are the owners going to park? Will the council be adjusted car parking for additional units built or extra parking spot's for the existing owners to purchase for a small sum of 100k.
