We note that Council mistakenly considered the operating hours of neighbouring premises mentioned within our Statement of Environmental Effects (SEE), rather than focusing on the operating hours outlined in the proposal section of the SEE. This has been confirmed by the planner who assessed the application. As the application has already been determined, he has advised us to submit this modification application.
