Overshadowing and privacy concerns for existing dwellings, damage to nearby residential properties due to excavation and length of building time line (dilapidation reports need to be issued to all surrounding properties), and why 35m?? Is there enough setback to ensure residents in Wyndham st aren’t impacted?? This is a money grab for greedy developers. Will it become another backpackers as was once proposed? Or will it add to the rental/housing shortage but again impact on parking and surrounding residents? We believe this development is a cash grab, will not add to a housing shortage, and end up impacting more people than it helps! I’ve seen the plans and agree with alot of the rejections to this DA already submitted.
