Regarding 53 Heathmont Road and the plan to remove one tree.
If that tree is the large canopy tree growing in the front garden near the fence - I object to its removal.
This tree will substantially reduce hard surface heat and provide habitat for birds and other fauna.
It is of an age where it will be removing carbon from the atmosphere. Smaller trees do not until they reach approx 30+ years.
