The proposed development comprises the increase in student numbers from 1,228 to 1,430 students, increase in staff numbers from 158 FTE to 183 FTE, the demolition of the existing on-site car park to provide a new 223 spaces carpark with upgraded am drop-off operational capacity of 244 vehicles and pm pick-up capacity of 273 vehicles, as well as associated landscaping work.
