Description

We require a Tower Crane to be bought to site on the 7th of March so we can move materials to the roof of the residential apartment building. The crane will be used for a period of roughly an 1-2 hours and the materials moved are for the purpose of installing new cladding so as to replace the old cladding as per council's instructions. The current plan is to have the tower crane placed on the side of Castlereagh St where the apartment is located and have it move materials from there. Rectification works will be conducted by the subcontracted builder, Erector Group Consolidated.
