    Seeks to impose conditions as follows :

    not to use white paint or anything other than paint with low reflectivity finish in order to reduce spread of glare and reflected light at night.

    That airconditioning plant be sited only upon a roof area, acoustically treated and visually screened so that it's not visible from the public realm and that if future housing heights increase its visibility would be minimised.

    That airconditioning plant not be installed in any boundary setback zones without an acoustic consultant demonstrating that it will not unacceptably impact amenity in surrounding sites.
