A RETAINING WALL IS PROPOSED ALONG THE BOUNDARY WHOLLY WITHIN THE DEVELOPMENT SITE. WILL COUNCIL CONSIDER ALLOWING AN EARTH BATTER WITHIN THE BASIN. BE BELIEVE THIS WILL BE A SAFER OPTION.
