- We will be undertaking a bridge maintenance project on Light Horse Bridge (Newbridge Rd) over Georges River. For the works, we will need to set up a site compound on the southern end of Bill Morrison Park. We will be using the end of Haig Avenue for parking (which is already being used for parking). Key activities for the project including: - Painting of steel structure under the bridge near the eastern abutment - Removal of old maintenance gantries on bridge structure - Unblock scuppers and downpipes - Bridge concrete repairs
