- Remove one (1) Fig tree from rear garden area. This tree is only small and has most likely escaped from a pot, however, it is now growing in the ground with the potential to reach massive proportions, damaging both the applicant’s and neighbouring properties. It is in an unsuitable and unsustainable location and has insufficient space to mature in good health with vigour. As there is insufficient greenspace on the property to accommodate one mature replacement tree, the replacement tree requirement is to be satisfied in a one-off Offset Tree Planting payment.
