- Description
- Remove one (1) London Plane tree at rear right side of property and replace with one (1) local native tree from Council’s Preferred Tree list, of minimum 45L pot size, growing to a mature height greater than 5metres, anywhere on the property within one (1) month of removal. This tree has co-dominant stems which likely emanated from it being lopped at ground level when juvenile. At the time of inspection, the tree was assessed to be in fair health with poor form and structure, it had salt burn, and was in an inappropriate location with insufficient space to mature. It had been previously internodally pruned, remedial pruning will not restore it to health or proper form.
