Why has there been no yellow notice for two dwellings replacing one dwelling or subdivision of this site at 17 Park St Mordialloc?

- The landscape plan needs canopy trees and green surfaces to offset heat gain from increased built surface.
- At least 60% local native plants, consistent with those of Mordialloc Creek and some coastal natives, would be welcome in the landscape plan.
- The tall palm is best removed so that it no longer seeds in the creek reserve or nearby green spaces.
- No plastic fake grass please, it breaks down to small particles that enter soil and waterways that are ingested by animals and enter the wildlife food chain.
Thank you.
