given the amount of knock down and rebuilds going on in the street as of current plus how narrow the street is the bulid alone will cause a major impact in-terms of traffic noise etc council has failed to address how narrow the street is even with people parking on the street we don't need more trucks and cars parking along the street as it is you could compare it to a small laneway at some points of the street with a car parked let alone a truck further to that with a trailer hire business in the street if patterson street had the width of pine street it wouldn't be such a big issue
