Hello I have no issue with this being redeveloped however 23 additional homes
Great News
however >>>with reduced parking as a request
Come on
What do we thing will happen >>> it will be chaos
We only get one chance to get this right lets not accept less parking when it should be more so 23 residences 23 places plus 5 visitors

It just common sense, forget the developer greed look long term please

We need more housing in Melbourne. I support this proposal.

As the previous commenter indicated, parking may be an issue. However, I ask the council to require a permit to park on the street (and not issue permits to new subdivisions) rather than increasing the number of off-street spaces required for the development. This way the amenity for existing residents is preserved, without requiring new residents to pay for additional off-street parking they may not want or need. If they do want this parking, of course the developer is able to respond to that and provide it.
