I object to this application for the following reasons:
1) Public safety concerns and g General well-being of the neighbourhood
• This a residential area where families with young children live.
• There is a high school +-100m away from this location, which is an unnecessary temptation to underage school kids as well as an increased chance of drunk driving and accidents.
2) Potential impact on crime rates
• The area does not have regular Police roadblocks; therefore, people will not be deterred from drunk driving. In addition, the road is already known as a safety blackspot and has additional signage.
• Drunk people walking around the neighbourhood increase the chances of crime.
• The road is already known as a safety blackspot and has additional signage.
3) Potential disturbances and Increased noise levels
• In NSW, the night (10 pm to 7 am) noise level should not exceed the background noise by more than 5 decibels. The licence is until 12:00 AM, and the noise restrictions are unlikely to be adhered to.
• Unwanted noise levels when people depart the premises late at night.
4) Parking -related issues
• Parking in the area is limited, and this will cause issues for residents.
5) Impact on property values
6) Impact the overall character of the community.
7) Increased waste and litter

Finally, Roaming Bar Pty Ltd was registered in Oct 2023, and there is no history of being a responsible licence holder.

I object to this application as being totally inappropriate for the location being in a totally residential area and its proximity to a school. In addition, I agree with many of the comments of a previous objection being:

2) Potential impact of unruly behaviour
• The road is already known as a safety blackspot and has additional signage.
- being residential with families there would be exposure to minors of unruly behaviour, intoxication, drinking in public view
3) Potential disturbances and Increased noise levels
• In NSW, the night (10 pm to 7 am) noise level should not exceed the background noise by more than 5 decibels. The license is until 12:00 AM, and the noise restrictions are unlikely to be adhered to.
• Unwanted noise levels during operation (club music), vehicles and patrons and especially when people depart the premises late at night.
4) Parking -related issues
• Parking in the area already is limited, and this will cause issues for residents and traffic flow with passing restrictions.
5) Impact on property values
6) Impact the overall character and ambience of the community.
7) Increased waste and litter

Finally, Roaming Bar Pty Ltd was registered in Oct 2023. Is there evidence of it being a responsible license holder.

I believe that this is a bricks and mortar registration address for a company that serves alcohol at off site locations for parties. Therefore I don't believe that there will actually be a bar at this location.
I think this should be made clear on the application if that is indeed the fact.
