Three swimming pools can mean constant noise for surrounding houses from filters, cleaning implements and swimmers. It can also mean light pollution from night lights. Three swimming pools seems excessive so close to the beach. I hope this application is considered carefully for all the surrounding neighbours.

The development looks great! Seems like a massive improvement compared to the current derelict dwellings on Andrew’s Ave.
Addressing the other complaints- if you check the planning you can see there are two ground floor 3 bed family units with plunge pools and then one communal pool. People complaining about other people spending time outside in gardens or plunge pools is insane, we should be encouraging families to spend more time outside with their kids, not trying to ban it from happening.
