I've heard the development has been approved for 7 storeys on Aerodrome Road without approval for underground parking. Can the council confirm this?

Will the council consider the impact of further noise pollution, traffic congestion and an increase in the overall population in an already crowded area? More importantly, what infrastructure does the council have in mind to compensate these issues, if any?

Good morning
Thanks for your advice re proposed new building Parker St through to Aerodrome Road.
Please advise if this apartment will have an underground car park.
Parking is already very congested in the area with very little parking to access existing business ie dentist, cafes hairdresser etc.
