I live at 10 Clare Ave, street directly across from Ern Patrick Park and off Cranes Rd.
We chose to live in this area due to the quiet environment surrounded by bush and trees. Since we have moved 66 cranes Rd has developed it's land from 1 lot to 21. 21 new houses directly across the road and now 62 lots only 310 metres away!
How will this quiet community manage another 83 properties in such a small space? Cranes Road should not be a main road!
This development is much too.large for this location.
