I support this development. We are in a dire housing crisis and Glebe is especially expensive, with very limited options to add new housing due to the heritage conservation area.
Accordingly we must grasp opportunities to do so with both hands.

I strongly support this application. This is exactly the kind of sensitive infill development that Sydney needs and that Council has stated that it wants to encourage. The site is well located, with great public and active transport links- being right at a bus stop and the Bridge Rd cycleway. The additions are sensitive to the heritage of the area, and would greatly improve the streetscape of Glebe. I ask that council approve this application as quickly as possible.
I wholeheartedly support the proposed development at 120 Glebe Point Road. Glebe's housing shortage, accentuated by its heritage constraints, necessitates such thoughtful infill projects. The site's prime location, adjacent to a bus stop and the Bridge Road cycle way, ensures excellent connectivity.
Crucially, the proposal respects Glebe's heritage while promising to elevate its streets cape. Recognising the benefits, I urge the council to swiftly approve this development.
I support this development. Glebe (and Sydney) desperately needs more housing; I tried to look for a new place to live recently after an eviction, and the rentals I visited in Glebe had lines 100 people long for rentals, indicating a dire housing shortage! This is a great position close to University and walkable/cyclable to town.
I fully support this development proposal. The inclusion of 4 self contained units will assist in addressing the dire need for more medium and high density housing in the inner city and west.
