When specific house development applications are submitted; will adequate off-street vehicular parking be required. 1 4 bedroom house has the potential of having 5 residences, each having at least one vehicle, ie 5 vehicles per each house. This does not take into consideration the possibility that the new residences may wish to have a caravan; box trailer, jet-ski, etc, each requiring to be parked somewhere and with the local roads being already fully congested, adequate off-street parking should be a major requirement.
