Description

Section 4.55(2) modification of consent for ‘The Duke of Clarence’ to amend condition 5(a)(b) to allow the existing trial period for use of the outdoor smoking area between 10.00pm – 12.00am (midnight), to be extended to between 10.00pm - 1.00am (the following day). The modification also seeks approval for the deletion of condition 14 to allow for speakers and music to be played in the outdoor area in accordance with the hours under condition 5(a)(b). This includes updates to conditions 7 and 10 to reflect an updated plan of management.
