From the Satellite view it appears most of the tree vegetation is on the rear boundary of this site. It is curious to know why 20 mature trees that do not appear to be any inpediment to increasing site usage, would need to be removed.
Accoring to Environmental awareness all blocks should have a percentage of the site given over to trees, in fact in NSW many Councils are implementing such a planning control, to help prevent urban de-forestation.
CCS objects in principle to the removal of trees, especially mature ones with canopy for habitat.

I agree with Liz. Why are we removing trees that don’t need to be? If it is for developers, forget it! Climate change is way more important than money in someone’s pocket. Say No!
