- DA required storm water easement creation. Easement is modified to connect to Lot 25 instead of Lot 20. New easement only burdens 24 and 25 and does not burden lots 20, 21, 22. Section 1.1 of the DA required to be modified accordingly. Storm Water engineering is also updated to the new easement and doesn't not require OSD. Sections 5.1.2 & 5.2.1 require modification to reflect the updated engineering. Development request to subdivide the property and demolition of shed as per the DA remains the same.
