BIC - The original design of Stormwater Management as per approved DA has not changed. The only change is how to connect the discharge from OSD of both units. Earlier a new pipe was to be laid as per approved design. More recently, as per discussion with council, the updated design now shows the connection to an existing 300 dia pipe running in front of the development. Having said, the discharge volume and OSD tank sizes are not changed, the only change is how to connect the outflow pipe into council asset
