I would like to object to a liquor licence on this venue. The building is not safe for alcohol consumption given the security grills on all windows and doors. In event of a fire and intoxicated people inside, access and egress is highly compromised.

Secondly alcohol consumption near the tram line is far from ideal. I have seen many instances near dove and olive with people drinking and stumbling in the road near the tram.

Further, the laneways behind have frequent car movement and if they made access for pedestrians through it when drunk, this again would be super unsafe.
