Modification to Development Consent DA-901/2022 under Section 4.55 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979, replacement of ‘Ú shaped’ stair being replaced with spiral stair including retention of laundry fixtures, window and rear door. Retention of existing ground floor entry door, previously remove as per current consent. The reason for the retention of the entry door is to maintain cross flow ventilation to the ground floor level and concerns by the property owner for a second point of egress directly to the street if a fire was to occur in the building.
