A massive child care centre on a corner of a major road in a R2 Low Density Residential Zone. Breaks every planning rule in the book. Still we have the L&E Court to overturn every sensible Council and Locall Planning Panel decision to reject these outragious and offensive applications.

Another child care centre has a DA in Campbell St 700m to the east of this site.
Is there a need for 2 so close and there also is one already operating between both of these potential sites. If approved that makes 3 within 700m of each other along the same stretch of road being Campbell St and Hammers Rd.

also a 36 twin room boarding house is currently being constructed along this same roadway. The intersection of Hammers Rd/Campbell St and Windsor Road is going to need a re-think especially at peak times. It's already like playing Russian Roulette trying to cross this intersection!!!!!!!!!

Hi please send submissions directly to Parramatta City Council as per https://www.cityofparramatta.nsw.gov.au/development/submissions .You can do that by emailing council@cityofparramatta.nsw.gov.au & mentioning the DA/TA reference in the subject and the body of the email. This is because Parramatta City Council does not consider submissions that are sent via PlanningAlerts.
