Reasons provided to kill a tree by the owners of the property:

"Large cone drops"
"Too close to house"
"Sways during wind/rain"

Are really the above reasons reasonable to jutify the killing of a tree?

Trees are essential to the area and extremely beneficial.

Council must reject this request.
