The proposed change is not welcomed by me. The site and setting is currently a nature friendly area with walking path well used by me and many locals. The current road infrastructure is not sufficient to cope with such a large influx. Existing businesses may think this is a good idea on the surface but I feel it will be another reason to shop locally but rather go to somewhere with more variety. I strongly object to this significant change in landscape for this site which has been mostly left to nature since the existing businesses were established. Please do not allow the currently peaceful surrounds of Winston Glades shopping centre be overdeveloped in the way planned. Please stop it.

The proposed change would destroy a lovely wild life corridor, there are some fantastic lizards, ducks, the occasional Kangaroo (I have seen as many a 5 at a time) and of course some snakes. There is a beautiful green space separating the housing estate and the shopping centre and the existing infrastructure would not support the additional influx of people, the traffic is horrendous at school drop off and pick up times already and we take our lives in our hands trying to turn into Ash st from Warwick rd between 1430 and 1530.
