8 dwellings are too many for an already built up area, there are a lot of shops and two schools very close by, the proposed reduced parking will add further congestion to the area, if 8 dwellings go ahead there needs to be extra parking per dwelling. On street parking for these dwellings are NOT an option, it will put children at risk trying to get to and from school.

8 dwellings with reduce car park in a low density area creates too much off street traffic. We don’t want this area to turn into area near Oak Park train station, you can’t even drive down the street without dogging cars. 8 dwellings is too high density for this area, all housing surround this area are single dwellings, subdivide to 4 at most, not 8, this is just greed.
