Will adequate off street vehicular parking be part of the design and approval process. For every bedroom there is the potential of one vehicle plus one for each parent (4 bedroom = 5 vehicles)

So true. Then we have the corrupt SEPP which allows unit developments in R2 Low Density Residential Zones adding to traffic congestion on already inadequate infrastructure. State government, no matter what the persuasion, in the pocket of developers. More housing and more migration doing Oliver Twist justice - MORE
