There are no documents detailing position on site, type of tree or reason for request of removal. This continuing problem with omission in public notification of DAs is impacting the communication process of residents with Willoughby City Council.

There are no documentation. Why does the tree need to be removed?
The lack of documents in the vast majority of tree removal requests does not provide residents with the confidence in the DA process.
