The proposed development is classified as “Integrated Development” under Section 4.46 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979, as concurrent approval is required from the Transport for NSW under the Roads Act 1993 as new access is proposed onto Woodstock Avenue which is a classified road.
