I would like to know which Street are they using when determining the boundary lines for the granny flat, as I would assume they would need to use 2 Perth Close, as on Ringarooma Circuit right along the side of their side fence line is parking bays. So there would be no access to their property from Ringarooma Circuit.

Will residents be given notice to move there cars when building works commence as our cars are parked along Ringarooma Circuit in the parking bays.

They have already erected a temporary fence in their backyard suggesting they are gaining full access via Ringarooma Circuit.
