I don’t think this application is at all beneficial, there is only 1 way up to that block and that is via The Sandtrap which is a very narrow road and already busy with residents, visitors and on road parking. These blocks should be built on as single dwelling residences to keep in line with surrounding homes.
This is a very narrow road with no on road parking.
