    Please insist on the developer providing the MINIMUM number of parking spaces. A minimum number is there for a solid reason.
    Lytton St is an arterial road from Pascoe Vale Rd. As many cars as possible should be parked off-street for ease of access for all, including council rubbish collection and street sweeping.
