    My concern is the height. Being three storeys high it is out of character with other dwelling that are either single or double storey.
    Does it comply with the zoning of the area? If not it should be rejected.

    My concern is that this is an extension of the gradual erosion of the original height and progression down towards the water being experienced over the past 3 years. The building line is progressively being extended towards the water and people are no longer prepared to stay a respectful distance TOGETHER so we all can enjoy the beauty and views of Loves Bay.

    This progressive expansion and change is evident with the development at 30 Elnora and now being extended with the proposed three story building. Not a positive step for this community.
