Here we go again with this property, which is currently a dreadful eyesore in our street, with the front yard full of weeds over 2m high. The wording here is identical to the previous DA-2022/4, but this time it is for a “Construction Certificate - Private Certifier”. The original DA in January 2022 was for full demolition, which was opposed as it is in the Artarmon Heritage Conservation Area (C1). The Willoughby Local Planning Panel eventually approved partial demolition and 2-storey additions in October. I just hope they get on with it, instead of continuing to neglect this property and spoil the amenity of the area. That is not the action one expects of good neighbours.
105 Artarmon Road Artarmon NSW 2064.
