One can only speculate that this development will require a massive hole in the ground probably through solid sandstone to facilitate underground parking in a R2 Low Density Residential Zone and on a street which is already saturated with traffic. Slow vehicle entry and exit with no controls to the centre will make Arthur Street a parking lot. Realistic Bulk and Scale will be abused if this gets to the L&E Court. The Court cannot be trusted for decisions in the public/resident's interests.
